How-to guide to use the Open Rewards Merchant App for your subscription customers
1. Log in to the Merchant App with your pin
Pins allow you to give custom access codes for yourself and your employees.
Set up your pins on the Open Rewards business portal
Download the merchant app here
2. Scan customer's QR code
When a customer wants to redeem their subscription, they will show you their Open Rewards QR code. Scan it with your merchant app.
3. Approve the customer's redemption
Once successfully scanned, you will see the customer's subscription details and remaining redemptions, along with the rules for their subscription pass.
Verify that all the rules have been met, adjust the quantity of their redemption, and click Approve! The quantity will be deducted from their remaining redemptions.

4. Manage your earnings and subscription offers on the business portal
Track your subscribers and earnings, manage your payouts, and adjust your offers on the Open Rewards business portal
